Ukulele Builder's Workshop

Halau Waʻa (or similar facility depending on availability)

$25.00/$30.00  (includes Museum admission and ‘ukulele building kit, Members just pay for kit)

Build an ukulele with a kit and take it home. Talk story, play music or see other hand made Hawaiian instruments. Become a member of the ‘Ukulele Guild of Hawaii.

Guild of American Luthiers Convention

Guild of American Luthiers (GAL) holds this event every three years in Tacoma, Washington. The next event is this July. 

Of significant interest to the 'Ukulele Guild of Hawaii- The GAL has formally recognized the 'Ukulele as a major contributor of the overall program. UGH Board Member Nate Ching will be presenting an 'ukulele listening session during the convention. UGH President Kimo Hussey will be on stage with Nate.

The GAL has placed a deadline to register for this event.
